Susie Galyardt – Chief Executive Officer / Founder / President
Susie Galyardt, XIOSS Founder and Chief Executive Office, launched XIOSS, a data storage solution provider in 2008. Under her leadership, XIOSS has not only grown exponentially but landed at No. 1 on CRN’s Fast Growth 100 List in 2012 and in the top 50 on CRN’s Next Generation list of solution providers.
Susie is recognized as a leader in the industry and an advocate for women in technology and business. Susie has earned various awards and distinctions, representative of her efforts and accomplishments as CEO of XIOSS. She was named in the Power 50 of CRN’s annual Women of the Channel, awarded to the highest ranking women holding the most prominent channel-focused positions in vendor or solution provider organizations. Galyardt is a member of Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and is a staunch supporter of women in business. Galyardt spends countless hours serving on Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) Forum Committee, Membership Committee, Mentor and Program Advisor to Student Entrepreneurial Program (SEP), Greater Women’s Business Council (GWBC) Board of Directors, GWBC Georgia Voice Chair, GWBC Woman 2 Woman Founder & Chair, GWBC Georgia Mentor Protégé Chair, GWBC Women’s Business Book Club Founder & Chair. Galyardt has been recognized within GWBC in the top revenue Trailblazer category, nominated and awarded Volunteer of the Year, named 2014 Advocate of the Year, received Dartmouth’s Tuck Business School Executive Education (Sonoco Scholarship), and received WBENC’s 2015 prestigious Dorothy B. Brother’s scholarship to Harvard Business School Executive Education Program. Galyardt earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Auburn University.
Mark Galyardt – Executive Vice President
As executive vice president, Mark provides primary leadership for all business development and growth activities. With over 21 years experience in the telecommunications and technology sector, Mark is responsible for strategic sales and alliance leadership at XIOSS. Prior to joining XIOSS, Mark served in several leadership roles at Datalink Corporation including regional vice president and director, telco services, where he led teams of sales and technical professionals responsible for the development and delivery of several of the organization’s largest revenue producing accounts. Previously, Mark held several sales and marketing positions with BellSouth and Frito-Lay. Mark earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Kansas State University and his M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University. Mark was awarded the Professional Progress Award from the KSU College of Engineering and the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering in 2003. Mark serves on the SMU Cox School of Business Alumni Board of Directors and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Kansas State University Foundation.
